It was a really nice day, the work was done professionally, not a scrap of cardboard, wires, paper etc left behind. Chad explained the remote( many times over lol) patiently and the functions of the heat pump. My husband is “ detailed oriented “ and he asked Chad if the inside unit could be placed EXACTLY between the windows. And it is centered perfectly! The heat pump looks tidy inside and out, we’re very pleased.

We bought a Mitsubishi heat pump from Wilson Mechanical last September. Have had no problems with it. We compliment James Reid who was our salesperson for his knowledge and honesty in the sales process. And we have had a couple of questions about the system after the sale, which Mr. Reid resolved for us very is factorily. In other words he has displayed an excellent after sale commitment to helping customers. Highly recommend this firm and Mr. Reid for heat pump installation

In February 2024 our heat pump stopped working during one of the snow storms. There was a little wait to be expected but turns out we just needed to switch the outdoor breaker! The technician was super friendly and explained if this happens again and how to fix it! We are currently doing major renovation in our home and needed the heat pump to be moved and they did such an amazing job! Very chill, knowledgeable and didn’t mind me asking questions along the way! Super happy with the work! Definitely a 10/10 recommend in my books!

My partner and I recently had Mitsubishi heat pumps installed in our home. After having 5 contractors in to provide quotes, we decided Mitsubishi and Wilsons would be the best fit for us. James in sales was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all unlike a couple other companies. Thomas and Aiden (installers) were polite, efficient and respectful to our home, partnered with Donna and Gail who booked our installation. Everything was A1. If there was one critique would be that the electrician showed up a little earlier than expected but great experience overall. Will definitely recommend.
